![]() ![]() This is a 2 star hotel at 4 star rates, which is why we checked out sunday morning (we payed for a late checkout) and ended up at the Airport 5 hours early. I would never stay at the hotel again, and it would take a lot to entice me to consider another MGM property of any class/price point. I rarely complain about service, I’ve never requested a room change at a hotel before, and if it weren’t for the fact that I’d be without a room with a 13 year old in tow on a Friday night - I would have left immediately. The staff was disinterested in helping unless a tip was involved. The hotel is 33 years old, but felt like it was a hard-lived 40-50 years with no renovation. There was no follow up from hotel management, and the new room was at least clean (if still worn out). He seemed more interested in getting a tip than ensuring our issue would be addressed. A bellman was sent to escort us to the new room - which was at least a non-smoking room. ![]() Initially the front desk refused to move us, until after we involved security. The room reeked of smoke, and was downright seedy/worn out. Self Parking Fees: Hours Daily Charges 0 60 Minutes No Charge Over 1 4 Hours 15.00 Over 4 24 Hours 18.00 The 24-hour parking fee provides guests with in-out privileges within the same parking type (self or valet) Guests may use their room key or MGM Resorts App parking barcode to access all parking facilities until 11:59 p.m. I was there on an adventure weekend with my 13-year-old son, and when we got to our room, there was a domestic altercation going on in the hallway, which security had already responded to 3 times. ![]() From our first 30 minutes on the property, the experience was terrible. ![]()
